The stems obtained from either UVR5 or melody.ml may not always be of high quality. In this case, you'll need to polish the stems before they are good to be used in a Launchpad Project. Even if the stems from UVR5/melody.ml are very clean, it is good measure to give them a final touch-up to optimise them (this includes reusing samples).

This step can be considered optional if you are satisfied with your extracted stems.
